I do. Pedophiles (for whatever fucked up reason) are born that way. It's even more bizarre than homosexuality. However, I do not believe they should be allowed to practice pedophilia the way I believe homosexuals should be allowed to practice homosexuality because it hurts children.
One doesn't choose to be gay, and one doesn't choose to be sexually attracted to minors. Although for what it's worth, there are people with pedophiliac mindsets that realize they have a serious problem and receive counseling for it. However, a fetish and a full blown sexuality are completely different things.
People have rape and murder fetishes. They don't necessarily perform them out. but that's not the question. Do they make the choice to like that? I am pretty sure science has proven that pedophilia is a naturally occurring disorder. It has some different causes, but many of them are innate in the person.
